About The Position

This position will need a member that is self-motivated with a positive attitude and positive approach to training. Applicant must have strong communication skills, capable of self-supervision. Applicant should be flexible to meet the needs of DOJO, including swing shift schedules. Applicant must be able to conduct training in all facility environments, including within the Dojo, on the Manufacturing floor, along with outside. Applicant must be able to coordinate and communicate with all Manufacturing Supervisors professionally. Training for this position will require a 1st shift schedule for 6-12 months
