Responsibilities

• Provide dog walking services for clients, ensuring the safety and well-being of pets.
• Be available for on-call shifts, especially during weekends and holidays.
• Follow all safety protocols while handling dogs and cats.
• Communicate effectively with clients and fellow walkers.
• Complete meet and greets with new clients and participate in onboarding training sessions.
• Utilize the company app to leave notes and take quality photos during walks.

Requirements

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to operate a smartphone with unlimited data and sufficient storage for apps.
• Experience in time management and working independently.
• Ability to handle dogs weighing over 100 lbs.
• Physical capability to walk long distances and perform tasks such as bending, squatting, and kneeling.
• Must pass a background check and reference check.
• Basic knowledge of dog and cat care.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Outgoing and friendly personality when interacting with clients and fellow walkers.
