About The Position
We are excited to announce that Fetch! Pet Care is expanding our team of dedicated pet care providers in the Charlotte, NC area. If you have a passion for animals and enjoy being active outdoors, this part-time position may be the perfect fit for you. As a pet care provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of dogs, cats, and other pets when their owners are away. This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, dependable, and possess a genuine love for animals. You will be engaging in various activities such as dog walking, pet sitting, playing with pets, providing cat care, administering medications, and performing house sitting duties as needed. To qualify for this position, candidates must be at least 21 years old, have reliable transportation, and live in or around the areas we service, which includes Uptown to Gastonia. You will need to own a cell phone equipped with texting, email, and GPS capabilities, and be able to pass a criminal background check. The job requires availability for dog walking during midday hours from Monday to Friday, and you should be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and breeds in various weather conditions. This is a part-time role that will start with a limited number of assignments, gradually increasing as we gain new clients.
