About The Position

Park Skipper Wanted! (Dog Park Attendant / Brand Ambassador) DEN Location – Must Love Dogs, People, & Creating Unforgettable Experiences Skiptown is the spot for pups and their people — and we’re looking for Social Skippers to help keep it that way. As a Social Skipper, you’re not just overseeing our off-leash dog park — you’re setting the vibe. You’re creating a clean, safe, and high-energy space where dogs can play and people can connect. You’ll be the face of Skiptown for most of our guests — answering questions, hyping up memberships, and making sure every visit feels like the best part of their day. This is the right job for you if: You love dogs (like, really love dogs) and are comfortable working with and cleaning up after them. You’re energized by being around people and creating a fun, upbeat atmosphere. You’re comfortable being “on stage” — chatting with guests, promoting Skiptown services, and making connections. You take safety seriously and can stay calm and clear-headed in a dynamic environment. You believe cleanliness is part of a great guest experience (and you’re not afraid of a little cleaning or scooping in between tail wags). You’re reliable, proactive, and love being part of a fast-paced team.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working with dogs or in hospitality is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

Oversee off-leash dog play to ensure safe and positive interactions.
Engage with pet parents, answer questions, and share information about Skiptown services, memberships, and events.
Keep the park clean, organized, and ready for every guest (including scooping, sweeping, and resetting spaces).
Respond quickly and calmly to situations between dogs or guests — always putting safety first.
Represent Skiptown’s brand and service standards with every interaction.
Use Skiptown’s tech tools to track incidents, communicate with your team, and stay on schedule.
