About The Position
We’re looking for a reliable, pet-oriented team member to join our guest care and dog handling crew. While there’s a touch of customer service involved, the majority of your time will be spent one-on-one with our canine guests—providing care, playtime, and plenty of affection.
Requirements
- A fun, upbeat, and dependable personality
- Someone who truly loves dogs and isn’t afraid of getting a little muddy
- Physically able to be on your feet, lift 30–50 lbs, and move around easily
- Comfort around all dog breeds and behaviors
- Team player with great communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with animals is a bonus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Engage with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels
- Feed, clean, and care for boarding or daycare dogs
- Monitor dog behavior and ensure a safe play environment
- Light cleaning and facility upkeep (yes, it gets a little dirty sometimes!)
- Greet pet parents and provide updates or answer basic questions
