Requirements
- Professional groomers with 2+ years of salon experience
- Confident, skilled, and detail-oriented professionals
- Ability to provide a portfolio of your work
- Skilled and efficient with grooming tools and equipment
Responsibilities
- Evaluate each dog’s condition, coat, and individual needs
- Create grooming plans based on client preferences and best practices
- Safely detangle and manage matted coats
- Lift and maneuver dogs of all sizes with confidence
- Maintain a calm, confident demeanor to soothe anxious pets
- Strong attention to detail and finish work
- Communicate clearly with pet parents and recognize canine body language
- Artistic ability and breed knowledge for advanced styling
- Understanding of various coat types and their specific grooming needs
