About The Position

Run Your Own Grooming Salon — Without Rent, Utilities, or Supply Costs Wed–Fri | 8:00 AM–2:00 PM | No Weekends How is this possible? At Four-Legged Fun Zone, dogs arrive just before their scheduled appointment — no all-day drop-offs. What makes us different: One dog at a time, start to finish Your own private grooming room (door closes) Choose your dogs and work at your pace No owner micromanaging Real client relationships Compensation: $55–$85/hour on average, combining hourly pay, commission, tips, and bonuses.

Requirements

• 24+ months professional grooming experience
• At least 12 consecutive months with the same employer
• Able to complete full grooms independently across a range of dog sizes
• Comfortable grooming large and giant dogs independently (approximately 60–150 lbs), while using professional judgment to limit how many are scheduled per day
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand most of the shift
• Lives within ~30 minutes of Everett during weekday commute hours (8:00 AM)
