Requirements

You’re reliable- the dogs and your teammates can count on you.
You’re observant and communicative- you notice the little things that keep pups safe and happy, and you speak up to keep the team and pet parents in the loop.
You follow structure- our group-play routines keep dogs safe, happy, and thriving.
You’re physically ready- lifting up to 50 lbs, staying active, and working in all kinds of weather.
You’re patient and kind- especially with pups who have their own unique quirks.
You’re a team player- lifting each other up is part of the culture here.
Professional experience with dogs preferred but not required (we'll train the right person!)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for most of the shift
Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels
Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Must be available for opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

Leading small play groups (10–15 dogs) in safe, fun, and enriching activities.
Caring for pups with patience, compassion, and a watchful eye.
Maintaining clean and organized play areas, because a tidy space keeps everyone happy.
Sharing genuine updates with pet parents about their dog’s day.
Supporting your teammates and jumping in wherever you’re needed.
