About The Position
The Bark Club, a family-owned dog daycare and boarding facility located in Lakewood, CO, is seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Dog Daycare Attendants. This position is available for both part-time and full-time employment, with a starting pay of $15 per hour. Our daycare attendants play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the dogs in our care, as well as maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment for both pets and staff. The ideal candidates will be mature, dependable, and possess a genuine love for animals, particularly dogs and cats. As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you will be required to work shifts within our operating hours, which are from 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 2 PM to 7 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is mandatory, as these are our busiest times. The role involves monitoring playgroups of up to 15 dogs, ensuring they are safe and engaged in play while maintaining discipline and kindness. You will also be responsible for keeping the playgrounds, playrooms, kitchen, and kennels clean and organized. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work well with a team and follow directions from supervisors. While professional experience in dog care is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and grow within our company.
