• Ability to navigate stairs and uneven surfaces in the yards.
• Proficiency in cleaning and maintaining dog play areas and the facility.
• Willingness to work outdoors and indoors, regardless of weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a physically demanding role.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and restraining dogs weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Punctuality and dependability are essential.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of dog daycare experience (preferred).
• 1 year of kennel experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care for dogs, ensuring their safety and well-being during their stay.
• Engage actively with dogs in the daycare yards throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of dog play areas and the facility, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waste removal, dishwashing, and laundry.
• Interact professionally with clients during check-in and check-out processes.
• Make independent decisions and complete tasks without constant supervision.
