About The Position

Independence Veterinary Clinic is seeking a part-time Dog Bather to join our caring and dedicated team. This role plays an important part in supporting our grooming department and ensuring pets feel clean, comfortable, and safe throughout their grooming experience. Requirements

• Previous experience working with dogs and cats required
• Comfort handling dogs and cats of various sizes and temperaments
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions

Nice To Haves

• Grooming experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Bathing and drying dogs
• Nail trims
• Teeth brushing
• Ear cleaning
• Brushing and basic coat care
• Assisting groomer as needed and maintaining a clean work area
• Ensuring pets are handled calmly and safely at all times
