We have openings for engineers and project managers who are eager to build a rewarding civilian career at one of the largest employee-owned engineering consultancy. Ideal candidates will have experience in engineering design, program management, construction, or related fields. Multiple positions are available nationwide. This is a dynamic role focused on supporting the successful delivery and management of major programs. You will gain hands-on experience while working alongside industry experts.

Requirements

  • To be considered for this position, you must be eligible for the Department of Defense SkillBridge program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, project management, or related fields. Or be in the process of pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the mentioned fields.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and technical skills.
  • Excellent judgment, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex issues.
  • Skilled in preparing and interpreting detailed reports and evaluating solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience and knowledge in engineering, project management, construction or related fields is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, prepare, and maintain engineering data (e.g., tests, drawings).
  • Assist in preparing design documents and supporting calculations.
  • Perform assignments using standard practices, techniques, and procedures.
  • Support engineering activities under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Produce accurate technical reports, documentation, calculations, and sketches.
  • Continuously develop technical and professional skills.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
