Noblis is seeking qualified military members who are eligible to participate in the DOD Skillbridge candidates through Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program with next class starting in May 2025. This program is an initiative to help transitioning active duty people to find meaningful employment opportunities and preparing them for the civilian workforce. The Corporate Fellowship Program is a 12-week program held 3 times a year that involves hands-on experience and training in a variety of positions to help give you the civilian related experience. Supervisors and mentors share their experience and knowledge and provide feedback to help you increase your professional network. Noblis is a Military Friendly company with over 19% being prior or current military. As part of the fellowship program with Noblis, you will do real work on projects where you can learn, contribute, and see what it's like on the civilian side of your professional career field. You will be an integral part of our team from day one. You'll also participate in group collaboration activities that allow you to meet other team members and form new connections. You'll attend weekly seminars and networking events designed to prepare you for life after the military. Your time with Noblis will be challenging, educational, hands-on, and memorable. You will leave prepared for life after the military — as a leader, problem-solver, and critical thinker with real-world experience.
