DOD Skillbridge Corporate Fellowship Program "Hiring Our Heroes"

Noblis is seeking qualified military members who are eligible to participate in the DOD Skillbridge candidates through the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program. This initiative is designed to assist transitioning active duty personnel in finding meaningful employment opportunities and preparing them for the civilian workforce. The Corporate Fellowship Program is a 12-week program held three times a year, funded by the Department of Defense (DOD). It involves hands-on experience and training in a variety of positions to help candidates gain civilian-related experience. Supervisors and mentors will share their expertise and provide valuable feedback throughout the program, helping participants to increase their professional network. As part of the fellowship program with Noblis, participants will engage in real work on projects that allow them to learn, contribute, and experience what it's like on the civilian side of their professional career field. From day one, fellows will be integral members of the team, participating in group collaboration activities that foster connections with other team members. Weekly seminars and networking events are designed to prepare fellows for life after military service, ensuring they are always learning and growing. The experience at Noblis will be challenging, educational, hands-on, and memorable. Participants will leave the program prepared for civilian life as leaders, problem-solvers, and critical thinkers with real-world experience. While Noblis hopes to align the skills of successful fellows with current openings in various mission areas, the ultimate goal is to prepare them for the civilian sector and enhance their skills for employment opportunities across the industry.
