What You’ll Do We’re looking for a Documentation Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, costing, and customer support. In this role, you will help strengthen and grow customer relationships by generating accurate quotations, developing cost estimates, maintaining documentation systems, and supporting engineering workflows. If you love organization, clarity, problem-solving, and being a go-to resource for both data and documentation, this is the job for you. Your work directly contributes to our mission: “Making our Customer’s Critical Mission Possible.” As a Documentation Support Specialist, you will support our engineering and sales teams by preparing quotations, maintaining product development records, creating and organizing documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO/AS9100 and customer requirements. You’ll help drive efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of engineering documents and costing information, which are critical foundations for our long-term growth and profitability.
