About The Position

As a Documentation Specialist at Morley in Saginaw, you’ll manage inbound and outbound documents and communications that support our reacquired vehicle management (RVM) team and process. You’ll help keep cases moving by making sure paperwork is accurate, complete and sent on time. No automotive experience needed! We’ll train you on everything you need to know. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more year of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • Able to work on site at our office in Saginaw, Michigan, daily
  • Able to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday to Friday (no nights or weekends!)
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably

Responsibilities

  • Review cases for details, attach required documents to each case and provide support to the department
  • Assemble and mail designated forms and packets, sending outbound documents by required deadlines
  • File and retrieve documents within the center
  • Ensure vehicle information is accurate per state guidelines
  • Understand project operations and workflow processes so you can support case progress
  • Organize the communications strategy and report on daily activity
  • Identify, research and resolve document issues for case setup (missing items, incorrect forms, errors, etc.)
  • Learn lemon laws related to processing and apply them with the support of management
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
