The Documentation Specialist is a highly organized professional responsible for managing and maintaining the company's overall documentation processes. This role will prepare and manage spreadsheets, records, invoices, databases, and other files, ensuring their accuracy and integrity. The specialist will also establish and implement a long-term storage strategy and assist with internal and external documentation audits for the BEA. Important Notice : This role is part of a proposal for the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA). Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant .
