Responsibilities

  • Obtaining clinical documents, prescriptions, and authorizations
  • Following up on necessary compliance items
  • Staying informed on insurance guidelines
  • Running reports to secure timely renewals for prescriptions and authorizations
  • Data entry into Brightree
  • Adhering to all federal, state, and company regulations
  • Engaging in improvement initiatives
  • Completing required online training
  • Participating in both traditional and e-learning opportunities
  • Liaising with physicians, referral sources, and patients to facilitate communication
