About The Position

Leidos is hiring for Documentation Specialist I to support the Federal Aviation Administration’s CARES Registry. The successful candidates will be required to perform the basic duties of their family job and must be willing to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment. The position is 100% onsite out of the Oklahoma City office.

Requirements

  • Must be a Us citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for this position and have the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • High school diploma or GED and less than one year of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test prior to starting with Leidos.

Responsibilities

  • Organize documents received appropriately for next steps and/or ensure proper distribution to other work/task areas.
  • Operate registry equipment and computer systems to satisfy tasking.
  • Monitor digital and physical locations for requests, documents and digital data for processing.
  • Perform quality control over assigned work/task area products.
