Documentation QC/QA Associate

This position is crucial for supporting our certification coordinators and specialists by alleviating their clerical and administrative workload. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and processing confidential client documentation, which includes tasks such as labeling, uploading, archiving, and ensuring the quality control of electronic files and folders according to established written or verbal instructions. In this role, you will ensure compliance and conformity with established policies and procedures, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards. You will be tasked with creating and updating records to ensure the accuracy and validity of information, sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external customers.
