About The Position

Commercial Credit Group Inc (CCG) is an independent national commercial equipment finance and leasing company focused on purchase money and refinance transactions in the construction, fleet transportation, waste/environmental and machine tool industries. CCG does equipment financing different than any other lender. We consider the character, collateral and cash flow of the borrower to make our credit decisions, often allowing us to lend money when a bank or captive lender won't. CCG has a Documentation Administrator position available in the Charlotte, NC office. This position is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, independent worker, supporting our credit and sales departments. Working in the documentation department entails preparation of legal documents, UCC and other related document preparation, and electronic file maintenance. In addition, this position may involve understanding insurance and title work documents.

Requirements

  • Recent college graduate, with bachelors degree in business preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Professional & courteous phone mannerism
  • Intermediate Windows and MS Office skills
  • Must be able to function in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of loan documents and filing UCCs.
  • Create and maintain electronic loan documentation files and imaging system.
  • Track outstanding follow up items through completion with the use of our Follow Up Management System.
  • Interface with customers, sales team and credit department to ensure documents are prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
  • Perform administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other duties associated within the documentation department.
  • Assist with routine insurance follow up by phone, fax, and email with customers, sales force, and insurance agents to ensure current, proper certificates are on file.
  • May involve understanding and working with department of motor vehicle title work and related title documents.
