About The Position

The Document Support Specialist resolves complex issues and escalates to the appropriate parties as required. This person will support multiple business lines in multiple systems with a range of products/services. The Document Support Specialist supports an expansive array of products/services. This person will apply specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards, which are well defined. In the Role Performs various account functions in Policy Owner Services. Process daily, weekly and monthly reports for Policy Owner Services. Support multiple business lines in multiple systems for a range of products. Communicates with other departments, customers and/or clients. Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise. Understand how duties relate with others in the team/unit and how the unit integrates with others in accomplishing the work of the function.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED.
  • 2+ years office related experience.
  • Accurate and detail oriented.
  • Sound judgment and strong organizational skills.
  • Open to challenges and the ability to obtain and comprehend information quickly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and management.
  • Flexible and able to effectively process competing demands on time.
  • Prior work experience in a related job.
  • PC proficient including MS Office.
