About The Position
The Doc Support Specialist 2 performs basic assignments under direct supervision and may service a range of products/services. This role requires attention to detail and task accuracy, as well as the ability to exchange basic to moderately complex information with others to ensure understanding and provide basic support. The position requires basic written, verbal, and listening skills, along with a basic knowledge of the organization. The specialist selects the best course of action from multiple defined options and appropriate procedures to resolve problems, anticipating issues and recognizing when to deviate from standard practices.
