ABC Imaging is currently seeking a Document Scanning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in document scanning, proficient in handling both small and large documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

  • Operate high-speed scanning equipment to digitize documents.
  • Ensure the accurate scanning of both small and large documents, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Organize and prepare documents for scanning, including sorting and removing staples or bindings as necessary.
  • Monitor scanning progress and troubleshoot any issues with the equipment.
  • Perform quality checks on scanned documents to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy retrieval of scanned documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve scanning processes and workflows.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Scanning Operator or similar role.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with digital files.
  • Experience with scanning both small and large documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with scanning software and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
