About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Document Scanner / QC Operator to support overnight document processing operations. This role is responsible for reviewing scanned work using Falcon scanning equipment to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in structured, production-driven environments and are comfortable working overnight hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in document scanning, mailroom, or production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Must be dependable with strong attendance

Responsibilities

• Operate Falcon scanning equipment to review processed documents
• Perform quality control checks to verify accuracy and completeness of scanned work
• Identify and flag errors or discrepancies in scanned documents
• Maintain consistent productivity and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Follow established procedures and workflow guidelines
