Summary This position will be responsible for inspecting a sampling of Data Entry orders and preventing errors from being sent out and rejected by the county recorder or the client. The position helps the Quality Inspection line of business achieve a valuable final product that exceeds industry standards.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines and department goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience, preferred.
• Advanced Data Entry trained or able to complete advanced Data Entry training in 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining statistical quantity, quality, and viability.
• Inspect orders for errors.
• Accurately record results from their inspections.
• Identify areas that need further materials in writing or need to be revised.
• Identify people needing correction.
• Send correction requests to the Quality Review Specialist or Vendor Quality Manager when an individual has a repeating misunderstanding on a procedural point.
• This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
