The Document Processing Team Lead / Floater is responsible for the daily preparation, scanning, indexing and verification of records/charts. In addition to standard Document Processing Specialist duties, the Team Lead / Floater monitors and directs workflow and employee productivity at multiple sites, with travel between locations as needed. The Team Lead is also often the primary trainer for new hires. In addition, Team Leads assist with other administrative duties as assigned and effectively communicate all issues that impact the quality or timely completion of the production process to the Imaging Supervisor and Regional Director of Operations. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm, $16.00/hour.
