The position involves creating, formatting, reviewing, and correcting large complex legal documents using MS Word. Responsibilities include scanning, reformatting, and transcribing legal documents, as well as converting documents using Adobe Acrobat and/or PDF Scansoft products. The role requires preparing and submitting documents for electronic filing in various state and federal courts, troubleshooting and repairing complex documents, and completing assignments in a timely manner. Additionally, the candidate will assist with special projects as required and be responsible for input and revisions from handwritten, typed, converted, or scanned materials using Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
