The Document Management team processes many workflows to support the business. The Coordinator will be responsible for processing all workflows assigned to them. Workflows include (but are not limited to) sorting medical records, uploading unsorted and sorted records, managing DM shared email box, FTP site medical record pulls, in-bound and out-bound physical mail processing, processing miscellaneous mail documents, processing BP bills, processing CMS letters, managing various mailboxes, processing BP SA Packets, processing RA requests, mailing checks from accounting, processing checks in system and managing supply, documents and envelopes inventory.
