About The Position

As a Document Management Analyst I / Legal Assistant in the Healthcare Fraud Unit of the Criminal Division, you will assist trial attorneys in Los Angeles, CA, and other Strike Force Offices as necessary, with healthcare fraud litigation. Your responsibilities will include case organization, document management, discovery and production, document drafting and editing, administrative tasks, trial preparation (including witness preparation and exhibit preparation), and trial (including in-courtroom exhibit presentation using Trial Director). You will perform document review and manage case documents using eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity. Additionally, you will communicate (orally and in writing) with Unit attorneys, other US Department of Justice components, federal agencies, and others as required in the course of investigation and litigation.
