Position Summary Document Imaging Tech * Operates scanning equipment, such as high-speed scanners or multifunction devices, to convert physical documents into digital images. * Organizes and sorts documents according to specific criteria to ensure they are properly prepared for scanning. * Performs data entry tasks to capture, scan, and transmit relevant information from the scanned documents into the company database. * Maintains file structures, naming conventions, and access controls to facilitate efficient retrieval and storage of documents. * Assists in the archiving or disposal of physical documents once they have been scanned and converted to digital formats. * Log, notify and deliver incoming packages from UPS, FedEx and USPS into internal tracking system. * Performs research for missing or insufficient information. * Assists in maintaining production and department records. * Special projects including sending packages, processing mail and returned mail.
