Bureau of Motor Vehicles is seeking motivated candidates for the position of Document Imaging Specialist in the Scanning and Live Data Unit.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate and maintain scanner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking purposes
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn Kofax scanning software
  • Training, education or experience in office and administrative support work that demonstrates competency in applying a solid knowledge of inventory and property management principles

Responsibilities

  • Enter title batches received for scanning and scanned information on Excel spreadsheet
  • Regularly clean and wipe down the internal parts of the scanner
  • Scan & Process scanned batches of documents received from Driver License Services Section
  • View scanned documents for quality and verify documents have scanned properly
  • Verify and validate scanned documents, and make any corrections as needed
  • Occasionally order scanner supplies if necessary
