About The Position

As a Document Imaging Operator at PNC Financial Services Group, you will play a crucial role in the Imaging Center organization, focusing on the accurate digitization and management of documents. This position is essential for ensuring that loan information is accessible to various stakeholders, including borrowers, investors, auditors, and regulators. You will operate imaging tools, review scanned images for quality, and perform data entry tasks as needed, all while contributing to a customer-focused and risk-managed environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience needed; entry-level position.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience in corporate finance or general accounting.
• Knowledge of data entry and document management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and digitize incoming documents.
• Ensure the accuracy of indexes and quality of images in the Image Repository.
• Operate various imaging tools for transferring images or text to digital files.
• Review scanned and imported images for predefined documents.
• Correct orientation, delete blank images, and redirect batches that fail standards.
• Provide data entry, review, and finalize loan attributes using information from images.
