About The Position

This position is responsible for the creation, analysis, manipulation, and management of all production-related documentation, using customer-supplied data and ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulations. The role involves executing manufacturing solutions, providing services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements, and applying process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role. The position requires utilizing appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role. A basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes and product requirements & specifications is necessary. Responsibilities are executed under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' manufacturing processes, while also providing support to direct production line operators. A basic understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation is required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a One (1) year completed of an Associate's degree OR the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering or Science.
  • One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
