Process Incoming/Outgoing documentation. Ensure that electronic record files as required are maintained in good order to comply with contractual requirements.
Familiar with the Submittal and RFI Packages Procedure and Processes.
Work with project department leads to ensure timely processing of documentation.
May occasionally be required to manage day-to-day operations of the Document Control Team.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of project experience in a Document Control or similar role, working in Power/Energy or the construction industry.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office. (Microsoft 365 is preferred)
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Experience with SharePoint and Bluebeam.
Excellent organization, coordination, and prioritizing skills.
Strong reading, comprehension, and written retention skills.
