Requirements

  • Good writing skills
  • Detail oriented focus with high customer service & get job done correctly attitude
  • Able to work on repetitive activities with attention to details and elimination/prevention of errors
  • Effective Teamwork and Communication skills
  • Able to identify and trouble shoot to prevent routine or basic problems considering potential impacts
  • Available and proactive in the support of internal customers
  • High level of integrity and compliance with PIP policies

Responsibilities

  • Process/update/maintain internal documentation including forms per requirements defined
  • Support internal customers with change management process, document modification and management
  • Coach internal customers on document maintenance and prevention of errors
  • Update document control tables, database(s) and information in SharePoint site to manage document system
  • Arrange internal/external/hard copy document distribution per PIP requirements.
  • Prepare routine reporting of document center. Escalate abnormal delays, recovery and prevention.
  • Support record storage, destruction review and analysis activities per established requirements
  • Participate in improvement activities and support annual CIT competition event activities.
