Requirements

  • Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Autodesk, and Procore)
  • Familiarity with full project lifecycle from pre-construction thru closeout, general document types and sequence of documents
  • Experience in document control with revision control and document repository management
  • Familiarity with QAQC of documents per established standards
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
  • Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
  • Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling of meetings to initiate, review progress, and conclude project documentation with EoR and Contractor.
  • Verify that EoRs and Contractors have been equipped with all essential resources and training to ensure successful delivery of project record drawings and documents.
  • Ensure that internal teams have access to the most recent models and construction documents.
  • Confirm the activation and accessibility of the project systems (such as ACC) for the project team.
  • Examine project drawings and documents to ensure adherence to formatting standards,
  • Facilitate content reviews with operations.
  • Assist in maintaining precise and updated records of construction documentation, such as EoR models, critical documents such as manuals.
  • Offer support and assistance to project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders in addressing document-related inquiries, clarifications, and requests.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow among all parties involved in the construction process.
  • Oversee that the final project document deliverables are successfully turned over by ensuring that all required documentation, as-built drawings, warranties, manuals, etc., are appropriately compiled, organized, and accessible to operations.
