About The Position

This role provides administrative and analytical support to the Quality team. The Quality Support Administrator is responsible for maintaining quality data, preparing reports, supporting investigations into customer complaints and product issues, and assisting with quality documentation and submissions. The position plays a key role in helping identify, track, and prevent quality-related issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and internet-based tools

Responsibilities

  • Collect, record, and summarize quality data to confirm compliance or identify deviations from established specifications and standards
  • Attend meetings and track quality hold activity, logs, and related documentation
  • Support investigations related to customer complaints and returned products
  • Assist with product failure analysis activities
  • Participate in quality planning and problem-prevention initiatives to help identify and resolve issues
  • Perform standardized tasks while building more advanced quality-related skills over time
  • Address routine questions and issues independently, escalating more complex matters as needed
  • Maintain organized files, quality records, monthly reviews, and error documentation
  • Generate and distribute daily quality reports to internal stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support to the Quality department and assist with special projects
  • Coordinate and lead PPAP submissions for OEM customers when required
