About The Position

We're seeking a Document Control Specialist to support a major public infrastructure program in Altadena. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and inspecting documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness in a structured environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in document control, records management, or quality inspection
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with standard office and document management software
  • Excellent communication and follow-through skills
  • Must be able and willing to work onsite in Lancaster

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of project documentation
  • Ensure all files meet compliance and quality standards before submission
  • Maintain and track document logs and version histories
  • Coordinate with internal teams to update and distribute controlled documents
  • Support audits and close-out documentation as needed
