About The Position

The Part -Time Document Control Specialist is responsible for managing the lifecycle of critical company documents, from creation and approval to distribution, archiving, and destruction. This role ensures that all documentation is accurate, current, properly formatted, stored securely, and easily accessible to authorized personnel, maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant industry standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, college degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 -2 years of experience within a professional office environment, document management preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy & typing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Must pass background investigation
