If you're driven by the passion to change lives, this is the place for you.Job Summary The Document Control Lead/Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily activities and workflow processes for a team of Document Control Specialists residing throughout the Peoples Gas territory as well as support for sister utilities under the WEC umbrella. This team interacts with various internal stakeholders to collect, process and maintain documents that are necessary to conform to company requirements; develops and maintains a comprehensive filing system and database for documents to be retained in the document control system; manages the operation of the various document control systems to ensure that all users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner. In addition, this role supports annual audits, creation and maintenance of capital procedure and guidelines, and user training of various systems.
