This position is responsible for processing and entering ECOs, non-ECOs, maintaining document master files and part numbers, obsolete files, and completed history records. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Quality Engineering and is part of the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team located in New Brighton, Minnesota and will be an on-site role.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISO, FDA, or other regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree with preference toward business administration, information management, or a related discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in technical writing or editing.
  • Experience working across departments to coordinate document control compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate the ECO system.
  • Maintain quality documentation structure and organization.
  • Maintain internal audit, quality plan and management review files.
  • Process, proof, and enter ECO's in appropriate databases.
  • Coordinate the revision control for approved quality records.
