About The Position

The Document Control and Training Specialist at Dexcom Corporation plays a crucial role in managing the change control system and supporting various quality assurance processes. Requirements

  • 0-2 years of related experience in document control or quality assurance.
  • High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to create reports in support of Quality Assurance systems.
  • Knowledge of electronic documentation systems is required.
  • Understanding of Document Control requirements and processes as outlined in ISO 13485 and 20 CFR part 820.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of GDP and GMP to daily tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Cloud PLM software.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the change control system (Cloud PLM) and review change orders.
  • Assist customers with problem-solving and provide possible solutions.
  • Support the testing and improvement of change control software and other supporting software.
  • Assist in Cloud PLM software training and other training as required.
  • Manage department projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Support Quality in both external and internal audits.
  • Support scanning, archival, and retrieval of quality documents and records.
  • Generate and manage Quality Assurance reports as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
