Corgan is actively recruiting a Document Control Administrator to join the firm as part of our Aviation Sector in our Dallas office location. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to coordinate documentation between the Architect, General Contractor, and the Consultants. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results.

  • Prompt project team to develop meeting minutes and action items within Newforma
  • Assist in tracking status of open action items, documents related to closing of these items and produce a weekly report of open items through Newforma
  • Receive RFIs, Submittals, and other CA documents from Contractor via Newforma, Procore or similar, distribute to project team and compile responses
  • Maintain and manage related project file folders on server and within Microsoft Teams
  • Send & receive documents to/from Consultants through Newforma, Procore, Prolog or similar
  • Track status of document comments and responses
  • Prompt Consultants and Project Team for responses, as needed
  • Compile documents within Bluebeam Revu
  • Close out RFIs and Submittals in Newforma, Procore, Prolog or similar, when prompted
  • Maintain contact list within Newforma
  • Familiarize with Division 1 specifications
  • Track Change Orders and other related documents
  • Attend reoccurring Project CA meetings
  • Work closely with Project Architect and/or Project Manager to meet deadlines and report status
  • Assemble and file Punch List reports
  • Receive and process physical Submittals and samples
  • Maintain current composite sets of drawings and manage document control
  • Perform office administrator duties including checking stock and ordering supplies
  • Experience working within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields preferred
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must display good interpersonal skills
  • Must have ability to multi-task and manage multiple Projects through to completion
  • Experience with Newforma, Procore, Prolog or similar software preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
