Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, or Liberal Arts
  • Open to 50-70% travel to various Iron Mountain Facilities
  • Interpersonal skills to handle differing personalities
  • Excel automation experience is a plus
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality along with a very positive attitude and desire to provide excellent support
  • Ability to interface well with all departments at all levels both internally and externally
  • Ability to work with the appropriate sense of urgency and have a drive for results
  • Highly self-motivated, persistent, dependable, and independent
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Knowledge of a computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Led document organization project across the entire company
  • Analyze data on excel and figure out what can be updated or discarded
  • Keep other interns working on this project on task and meeting timely deadlines
  • Demonstrated initiative and desire to drive change and motivate others
