About The Position

Working under the direction of the Manager, Enterprise Document Management, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating and leading technical activities related to the implementation and deployment of vendor or in-house applications that provide enterprise document solutions and ensuring that business specifications and end user requirements are met and projects are delivered on time. This role requires the technical knowledge and skills to collaborate with solution vendors and to support system, network, storage, database, and development engineering resources in support of project efforts. The incumbent must demonstrate strong technical and problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective peer support and coordinate troubleshooting complex technical or user support issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-8 years of related work experience required in the implementation, deployment, and support of business-critical solutions.
  • Experience working in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of more than one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, C#, ASP.NET, PHP or JavaScript.
  • Practical experience with application administration, installation, and configuration scripting.
  • Practical experience with content management systems.
  • Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to the functional area and related systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Documentum Content and Captiva scanning platforms.
  • Experience with EHR systems, such as Epic, Meditech, or Athena

Responsibilities

  • Leads solution deployment, testing, and support activities to implement document management system projects and their supporting systems or interfaces.
  • Mentor and support other team members in deployment, testing, and support activities.
  • Provides resource requirements and scope of effort estimates for assigned projects.
  • Creates timeframes and work schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Debug causes and ensure resolution of encountered service issues.
  • Develops or validates QA & UAT activities, including test cases and schedules.
  • Communicates effectively with clients and teams.
  • Provides on-call support as needed.
