E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Doctrine Developer to join our team at Fort Eisenhower, GA in support of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community. The Doctrine Developer supports requirements for 'Intelligence Support to Full Spectrum Cyber Operations' doctrine development. Doctrine provides the overarching guidance on how the Army operates (and therefore how it must train) from fundamental principles to the tactics, techniques, and procedures used in specific operations and missions. Doctrine is critical to the training and operations of the Army and INSCOM as it provides a common language and understanding among the various units and components.
