About The Position

The Counseling & Higher Education Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Doctoral Internship Field Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to meet with Counseling Internship, doctoral level students. Coordinate and meet with site supervisors multiple times each semester and evaluate and report student progress with university supervisor.

Requirements

• Position requires PhD.
• Ability to effectively supervise counselor trainees and provide feedback.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• PhD from a CACREP institution.
• Licensed in TX.

Responsibilities

• Observe COUN Doctoral Students during client sessions.
• Work with CHDC Clinic Director on student needs.
• Assist students with counseling clients during sessions.
