About The Position

MB2 Dental is the nation’s leading Dental Partnership Organization (DPO), supporting 800+ partner practices across 45 states while empowering dentists to maintain full clinical autonomy.
We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Doctor Talent Acquisition team! You will help connect talented doctors with opportunities across our rapidly growing network of partner practices nationwide. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating a positive candidate experience, and helping practices grow through strategic hiring.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus
• Experience using ATS systems and Microsoft Office
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates
• Collaborative team player who partners effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for dentists and specialty candidates
• Partner with Dentist Owners and Operations Leaders to support hiring needs
• Source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers
• Use iCIMS (ATS) to track candidates and manage recruiting pipelines
• Lead multiple complex searches while prioritizing urgent hiring needs and maintaining an organized recruiting process
• Represent MB2 at dental school recruiting events nationwide
