About The Position

At Wolfe Eye Clinic, we create Better Vision for a Better Life. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Doctor Assistant to assist in our Retina Department. Successful candidate will have their CMA or CNA.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical office
• Previous experience with an electronic medical record or medical office software
• Ability to effectively enter information into a variety of computer programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to provide excellent patient service

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with exams
• Room patients and obtain medical histories
• Document in electronic medical record
• Provide patient education
• Scribing and Coding for the physician
• Triage phone calls and respond to tasks
• Perform other clinical duties as needed
